Hi All,

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, but my lumbar support just crapped out. I was adjusting it and it started making this cruching noise while going down, and now it's stuck there. It still makes an electrice motor noise, like somethings moving, but nothing. And the crunching noise is gone too.

I was wondering if anyone knew what's involoved in fixing this, i.e. cost and time...?

Isn't your car still under warranty? If so, the dealer should fix it free.

 

I have about 45K miles on it...

I got it in December 2004, I think it was one of the first MT V6's that came out.
