Ok so I want cloth seats but I also want the leather-wrapped steering wheel because I don't really like the rubber looking one.

Does anyone know if you can order just the steeringwheel in leather on your car?

Thanks

Yes, order the sports appearance package, this will give you the leather wrapped steering wheel, and the shifter upgrade as well.

I am assuming you do not want the iup upgrade.

you should be able to do a simple search through the forums to get any and every answer in detail about these packages, good luck !

The power driver seat is included in the GT Deluxe standard features. Passenger side is manual.

Yes...the power seats are standard in all GTs (Deluxe and Premium).

See the Price List under 2005 Mustang:
http://bradbarnett.net/mustangs/time...5/05/price.htm

You can get the IUP that has all the goodies (18G) or the IUP-Lite (18R) which is just the wheel and shifter goodies.

Funny, I'm having the dealer take out the leather wheel, because the side airbags forced the IUP and bam I get stuck with some poor loving cows back side stretched on the wheel. There was a time when we may have needed to use leather, but we don’t anymore its just cruel and uncompassionate at this time in history, wake up have some ruth. (look it up; small r, ruth)

Really, is this the place to voice your fringe, liberal ideals?

The only thing the premium package gets you over the deluxe is the shaker 500 and leather. It only saves you about $50. Last year, at least it got you some MUCH better looking wheels also.

Tim,
Actually I’m more of a thinking compassionate conservative, better known as an oxyMORON.

I just thought it was interesting to share a different perspective of how and why different people set up their Mustang, sorry if it offended.

Wow... I didn't know this would spawn a leather discussion

I love the cow... I eat the cow... and wear the cow... of course I lived a few years of my life on a cattle farm so my perspective might be a little different than others.

Personally I like having my hands and my hiney on the cow leather every day. It would be even better if they included a picture of the cow that i'm sitting on with the car.

Whoa Dan, ya lost us with the "small r, look-up, baby ruth thing..." but leather is a pretty popular item in the clothing/auto/furniture world. I think they're even starting to use it to make ***** and saddles.

Now if they were using horse hide THEN we should be outraged. If I were a cow I'd want my hide in the Mustang, it sure beats a shoe! But if I had my choice I'd be a chamois bikini. Not only are they cool, they smell great and work best wet! (WOOF!) Another reason we are thankful! :worship: :P
