There was a post asking Katzkin leather quality. Well, I finally got my kit installed and I am very happy with everything about it. The custom options I had done were color matched stitching(exterior paint), suede inserts, stitched logos and dual stage heated seats. Sorry it has taken so long for the pics, but I didn't rush anything with this leather kit. What do you guys/gals think?

How much did this run you? How long did it take?

The rear seat look like it's somewhat loose? is it just the picture that makes it look like this? The fronts look good

I was thinking about dressing my red seats up with some black.

That looks really good. I'm also curious, how much did it cost?

Thanks.. Glad everyone likes it so far. The back seats look loose for 2 reasons:

1) Camera angle
2) The leather is still tight and causing the foam to squeeze. Over time the leather will give.

Cost for kit and install was just under $1200.. This what my installer charged me because I have been doing business with him for a while. Other places I've heard are around $1800 on up..

Oh I do love it!!! I'm having mine installed Monday!!! White w/Blue inserts and the door panels in white. Also shift boot, and armrest cover in white (I know, but it's the best match). Cost, $1300. Not bad considering that Ford wanted $700.

Would love to see pictures of this when it's done.

Can't wait to see yours. And I agree about cost. Why not just spend another $700 and get what you want instead of what everyone else has. Seats are one of the most important aspects of a car. Especially, considering how much driving we do.

I'd like to get a shift boot and E-brake boot. I'll wait to see yours first though..

Total newbie question here... if I want to get aftermarket leather like you guys, then I get cloth from ford right? Do you order direct from Katzkin and then take it to someone for upholstery?

Yes, order with cloth. Then find a retailer in your area, have them order it. I would assume your retailer gets a better price, but who knows. Katskin has just about any color combo you can think of. Also take a look at Classic Soft Trim, but my installer said Katzkin is a little bit thinker/better........
