Got mine installed. It makes an enormous difference. I have the C/S with the IUP but the black instrument panel -- it really belongs there -- and as KC says -- it feels better too. I'll try to get some pics tomorrow if Hanna doesn't keep it raining too much and post them.

 

Here are the promised pictures on mine. I think that it really compliments the Charcoal IUP -- much better than the brushed aluminum. It feels better and doesn't get hot to the touch like the metal does in the convertible. It should be part of the IUP or some upgrade package. And Ford would make it a real winner if they added audio controls -- once you get used to them on the wheel, driving without them just isn't fun. This is a worthwhile upgrade.
