I read the thread Improved Shaker 1000 and was motivated. After ordering my speakers I remembered a convertibles rear speakers are not on the back platform but in the rear quarter panels.

I've been doing a search to see how to replace the rear speakers on a 2009 converible. I found how to replace the front speakers on a you tube video that shows exactly how to take the door skin off and shows replacing the rear speakers of a coup but I haven't found how to replace a converibles rear speakers. Can anyone help me?

I found TacoBills link to install a light bar and it shows how to remove the first piece but that's all.

I've learned a bunch from this forum and know many have replaced their rear spekers but I haven't used the right search words to find any hints.

 

Look on the Crutchfield website. They had instructions there.
