I searched.....
Installed a new head unit and purchased a wiring harness for the install. The kit only has one plug and everything works fine except the door subs. I went back to the shop where I bought the harness and they said they don't have a harness yet that interfaces with the stock Shaker 500 amps for the door subs.
Surely someone makes a wiring harness that will interface and allow the door subs to work- anyone know who makes this kit and maybe have a part number??
Thanks,

I ran into the same problem with my installer. He was a retard. What you needed in the first place was the Metra 70-5521 - the harness for the stock speakers plus the harness for the subs. But you already have the main harness, so what you need is the Metra 70-5522 - just the sub harness.
They're hard to find separately - I just bought a whole new harness from Crutchfield, since at the time it was the only place I could find one. I found one here:

Can't vouch for these people, though. They charge less for the two harnesses than they do for the sub harness!
Also, with the subharness, you're going to need to put a 12V to 5V transistor on the power leads to keep 'em from popping the amps, like this guy:
