Help getting head unit button backlight to work

I'm looking for a wire that I can tap so that I can have the backlights on the AVN5435 buttons go on and off when I turn the lights on. I can't see the controls at night and it's a pain the butt. If anyone has a diagram or knows the location of something I can tap I appreciate it.
