Our server is currently down due to a hard drive failure. Go Daddy is working on it, and we are trying to get it back up as soon as possible. You can call (314) 205-3033 if you have any installation or product questions, but we cannot access your information either for order status, etc. Again, we hope to have it back up as soon as possible.

If you emailed us, or had a new warranty request in the last week, please resend your email (contact@diodedynamics.com).
You can thank GoDaddy.com for ignoring a daily backup failure for a week, not notifying us, and killing our harddrive while "fixing it." We're working hard to get back on track, and we appreciate your patience.
