Ford GT interior switches

A friend that works at a local body shop had an interesting suggestion saying that he saw another stang recently that used the Ford GT switches on several items that he placed at the bottom of the center stack. He said it seemed to have multiple uses but bottom line is I was wondering if anyone has seen this. I am curious it sounds AWESOME! If anyone has anything on this show it

I kinda doubt just anyone can get them, they are probably specifically for the GT.

Yes those are exactly the ones I am talking about sorry I couldn't see the pic at work for some reason. He had those at the base of his center stack on the dash and they looked freaking awesome. Not sure what he had them hooked up to though but they looked incredible. I have been looking all over the net tryin to find that pic again but no luck unfortunately. If anyone has seen this or has any ideas on this stick it up here.

thanks

Those switches are around $60 each, GT parts are very expensive, not sure how anyone would attach them to work with a Mustang though.

If we could get blank switches without the words (defrost, etc) engraved into them.. I would definately be interested. I don't need more buttons for defrost, etc, but would be nice to have some custom switches..

I believe the switches are just the switch part with the small picture on it. The silver panel that surrounds them is a separate piece. You would probably have to see if you could repaint the switches or remove the pictures. I don't have access to a production GT to look at, so i can't tell you for sure what the other 2 buttons look like, the one in our showroom is encased in a carcapsule....

A carcapsule whats up with that!!! its a ... i big tease

When i bought my stang it was parked right next to one. If i would have opened the door completely it would have touched it.

the Gt is an amazing looking car but in a carpasule you cant get the full affect as you do being able to walk up to it and hey if you got a nice salesmen and dealer maybe even sit in it

What's a carcapsule look like? I've seen them with all the tape and stuff on them.
