I was wondering where you could get some chrome dress up goodies, besides steeda?

I was looking at chrome like sleeves that you could wrap around your wires (not use the ugly black ones), and other chrome goodies.

Valve covers, what can we do there, besides polish them up.

Ignition wire change? MSD or accell? will it also help performance?

Not a fan at all of the "chrome" wire loom. Looks cheap to me.
You can get steel braide for the hoses pretty cheap at any Pep Boys.
Hatchman has the hookup for powder coating on valve covers and has purchased a spare set for a core. He is taking orders for colors, having them powder coated, then sending them to the people and taking their old covers back in exchange. Might check with him to see if you like the product.

For the bling bling wiring split looms go to the "Corrugated Wiring Loom" then click on "Colored Wire Looms"

Chrome flex loom looks a little busy, but I really like the cover though, looks good painted red and Pony.

Thanks Hawgman for the reference. We've got a list going for powder coated cam covers, since there is no aftermarket ones available. Powder coating seems to be the next best thing for a hundred bucks plus shipping.

I'm definitly not a fan of anything to bring attention to the wires in the engine bay. If you want to clean it up, you can use black wire looms and make it look neater than ford did from the factory. I would say bring the attention to the engine by maybe an intake cover and powder coated cam covers.

Hey, no problem. More I look at those, more I am ready to get mine swapped out!

I'm looking to do the wires as well. I hate the electrical tape look.

Here is a pic of my $20 valve cover mod. Painted them myself with Duplicolor Engine Enamel in Ford Blue. Labor/time intensive but cheap.

Looks good Keith!

I bet that was labor intensive!

Got these from www.pepboys.com, made by www.spectreperformance.com. 5/16 for the fuel vacuum, 3/8 for the radiator overflow, passenger side PCV and brake vacuum, and 5/8 for the driver's side PCV.
