The roush pedals are pretty nice as well but I don't know if they make a dead pedal yet.

Just called UPR and asked about the dead pedal. As usual with UPR, they don't have a clue. :notnice:

 

Nice. I wish MGW would make some. They could start now and probably still beat UPR to market.

 

You're probably right. I'm not too impressed with UPR.
Maybe if everyone calls or emails them they'll get off their butts.

 

I am having this idea to visit a local machine shop to have one made to my specs ... It should be fairly easy to do: just machine a plate with the required spacers to the angle that's best for you, screwed on the existing "hump" on the floor.

My fear is that when UPR comes to market with theirs it's going to be too small just like the Steeda !

I just e-mailed them yesterday. Of course once again, B.S. They are behind on production of other parts as well and do not know when they will have a release for the dead pedal.

 

This is kinda lame, I think. I am about to start looking at other companies dead pedals or have one made.

 

If you have one made, post it and let us know how much it cost. I like the other UPR pedals the best so I might have to go this route also.

 

I got tired of waiting and ordered the Steeda one. Seems failry simple to install, I just have not done it yet.
