Dead pedal?
Has anyone found a dead pedal yet for the new 'Stang?
I've seen Steeda's new Billet pedal covers which I like but I would like to add a matching dead pedal. My carpet there is getting very dirty already.

I found this at www.SeanHylandMotorsport.com but I can't find it on Steeda's site:
Steeda Billet Aluminum Dead Pedal # 555-1156
I've emailed inquiries to both parties...

I kinda got use to the one on my Jetta...its along the same plane (same height and angle) as the other pedals. That's a dead pedal... I could really use one on the '05
I was thinking of making my own...anyone have opinions/thoughts on what makes a good dead pedal
(now that I have some time freed up, I might be able to make some to sell, too... anyone interested?)

Pedal Kit
I found the same thing, but there was a click here link that brought you back to the main page.
Since there is not an existing pedal, how would the dead pedal be attached in the 05? Would you have to drill into the floor board? Or is it just attached to the carpet?

I checked the Bullit Pedal kit at Ford this AM and the gas pedal is completely different. The clutch/brake cover MAY work...didn't actually take it out into the parking lot and try to fit it to my '05. The Dead Pedal cover would need a bracket to attach it to.
I got replies from Sean Hyland Motorsports and Steeda this AM regarding my inquiry on part # 555-1156:
Sean Hyland: "We do sell the part #555-1156 Steeda Billet Aluminum Dead Pedal"
My next question to them was "Do you have stock?" Based on the following info from Steeda, their answer has to be "No"...
Steeda: "This is an upcoming part that will be available in about 2 weeks."
My next question to Steeda was "Will it match 555-1152?"
