I'm looking for some ideas on how to power my speakers. I ordered my mustang with the shaker 500 setup. I plan on replacing everything. Here is my planned setup so far:

Head Unit/Other:
Kenwood DDX8017 6.5in Receiver - 22-watts RMS 4-ohms per channel
Kenwood KNA-DV4100 GPS Navigation
Kenwood Sirius Radio Tuner

Front Door Speakers:
Replace 5x7" - MB Quart RCE 268 - 6x8" Component Speakers - 60-watts RMS 4-ohms
Replace 8" sub - MB Quart RWE 204 DV - 8" Subwoofers - 150-watts RMS 4ohms

Rear Deck Speakers:
Replace 5x7" - MB Quart RCE 268 - 6x8" Component Speakers - 60-watts RMS 4-ohms

Trunk Area:
Add - Scosche 2005 Mustang Sub Enclosure 12"
Add - MB Quart RWE 304 DV - 12" Subwoofer - 500-watts RMS 4-ohms
Replace key hole - Lorex 1/4 CCD Color Backup Camera

My ideas have included:

1. 4 channel amp for the speakers/3-way crossover setup for two front door subs with a dedicated amp for the rear subwoofer

2. 4 channel amp for front speakers & subs, rear speakers powered by deck, and a dedicated amp for the rear sub

3. 6 channel amp for the speakers and front subs with a dedicated amp for the rear sub.

4. 4 channel amp for speakers and a 4 channel amp for the front subs and rear sub

5. 4 channel amp for speakers 2 channel amp for front subs and a mono amp for rear sub

I'm having trouble matching everything up with matching watts & ohms. The dual voice coil subs don't help the calculations much either.

Let me know what you would do/think. Include links if possible.

Thanks for your help.

Jon
