There is a raised line just right of top center running about 2/3rds of the way to the mustang badge in center. Warranty says this is normal, I say NOT so. Check another GT on lot it was the same as mine.
Would like to know how many of you have it on yours?

It's Not a Defect! It's where the hidden Seam is for the Air Bag to Deploy! The Center Hub Splits down the Center to Open, and allow the Air Bag to Deploy. Every Single one I have seen has it. Some are more noticible than others though.

Thanks.

Now why didn't they just say all of that at the service writeup. It is very close to center just a little off. So that's the seam for air bag to deploy. I feel a lot better now. I must have been the first to questioned them on it.

No Problem. Honestly, The Guys on this Board know Way More about this car than Any Sales/Service people I have talked to yet! I've had to show several dealers how to adjust the My Color. I've thought seriously about going into Car Sales recently, because of it. Problem is, I'd have to sell other cars too, not just Mustangs. LOL

Yes, but just imagine what it would be like to be a totally honest and informed car salesman. You'd be like a person with two heads: Everyone would be staring and pointing.
