Has anyone painted any part of their center console? The only mod I've seen are the billet radio buttons and the billet piece that goes over the radio. One of my friends just pained the console of his 350z with simple spray paint made for plastic and a clearcoat and it looks really good. I'm curious to see if anyone has done something similar for their 05.

If you only do a couple parts it might look ok. But I wouldn't do too much unless you plan on painting ALL the charcoal plastic in the interior.

It should look good. I worry about durability on this kind of plastic. NOTHING wants to stick to it. Fiberglass, Duraglass, epoxies......nothing works very well.

Strange. Great minds think alike. I took my Console out last night, and am preping it for paint today. Nothing like personalizing it for just yourself. I have received my RedLineGoods, Custom Boots and Armrest Covers. So in a couple of days should be all-set for Re-install and some Pic's.
Gosh, this is fun!!!

I was considerin this even before I picked up the car, it really needs something but Im having a hard time thinking of coulour. Ive got IUP and wasthinking of going with tungsten like the exterior but cant say whether or not it would look good withe the metal on the dash area but the all black mono tone has got to go for me. Any idea where to buy a spare dash insert if I dont like the paint and want to go back to stock.
