Did mine yesterday. Real easy. I set my brake and clutch pedal in the sun for about 30 mn to soften up the rubber. Use a small standard screw driver or bike tire irons, if you have them. It's actually just llike putting a tire on a rim. Now if they would do a matching dead pedal.....

They look great (nice pics, btw). That's one clean interior! Wish mine ever looked like that, other than the day I drove it off the lot (in the rain). You must live in Southern California or something.

Thanks. Of course I didn't post the "before" pics. Just shampoo'd and put the new mats before for these photos.

Great pics. Question: From the CDC site, the pedals look gold colour. Your pictures look more like silver or aluminum color. What color are they?

Brushed Aluminum color. Definately not gold. Goes with the IUP real well.

bpmurr, AFChief:

How's the sole/pedal grip when wet, compared to stock? I have the Autovation Competition Series pedals and the grip is excellent, however the CDC ones look much better and need no drilling.

Thanks!

Louie,
Monday it was raining like he!! here in KC. Actually the first hard rain I've driven the 'stang in. Anyway, there were no problems from wet shoes that I could tell.

These were a bit of a pain

They look great......but here are a couple of tips....for the clutch/break pedals.

1. Sears has a cotter pin extractor hand tool....This is like the 90 degree pick that they have in the instructions.

2. Hot water..Soaked these for 10 mins in real hot water.

3. WD40 on the metal pedal and the underside of the cover. (make sure you clean off before driving)

The first attempt took 45 mins with no luck....then switched to above method and got them on in 5 mins.

Good luck!
Cheers
Irish

Got mine on last night. Have to say that getting the brake pedal back on is a PITA. You really have to work with it but I finally got it on all the way around.

at this point I was glad I didnt have a manual to worry about getting another pedal on LOL

Ordered mine last week. For those who've ordered through CDC... do they notify you when they ship?

This forum is addictive. Every time I go online I find something else I have to have, and I haven't even done performance mods yet. I bet these will make me drive faster!!!

There's a set on eBay straight from the Ford supplier (or so they claim) at a pretty good price. $36 + $7.50 s/h.
