Thanks for the information! Just what I need, now that I know the standard gauges are not that accurate.

I have to agree. CDC needs to go back to the drawing board. There current "pod" is just tacky. No way that will find it's way into my car's interior. If they would just get rid of that "shelf" thing it is sitting on, then maybe..

I definately prefer the Saleen pod better. Now to figure out what guage I would put in there other than an accurate oil pressure guage.

It's funny. I got the "can't drill/cut/modify the car" thing out of me already. And I don't even have the car yet!

I'm buying this thing to be my toy (and daily driver). I intend to make this car MY car. And if that means drilling a few holes or cutting some sheet metal, so be it.

If and when, down the road, I decide to return it to stock, I'll buy the needed parts and rebuild it. The only thing I WON'T do is toss out all the stock parts that are replaced (stereo parts included!). I can still hear the cries of agony from my cousin as he related to me his sad tale of trying to track down emissions equipment for his 1969 Mach 1. That he had tossed in the trash when he was hot rodding it while he was in highschool back in the '80s.... I think he paid over $1000 for the proper emissions system when it was all said and done...

Seleen Gauges Rock
My all dark charcoal, non IUP dash looks so good with these puppies.
It will have to wait though. A CAI is first.

How do you guys think the Saleen pod would look directly above the main gauges instead of bewteen the dual-cowl?
