Built my own rear seat delete!
I don't care if you think it looks bad. I still want to do it, since I am permanently leaving my rear seats out of the car. I also want to add my subs and amp to it. Either with subs on the bottom part or on the back with its own box built into the trunk.
make ur own or you can buy it at American Muscle

Weight reduction is one of the least expensive methods to increasing the speed of your Mustang. With this Rear Seat Delete Kit for your 2005+ GT or V6 Mustang, you can drop as much as 40lbs. Not only will this drop useless weight, it also adds a clean, stylish look to your Mustang and gives it a real 2-seater feel. This kit is designed to add a sleek clean finish to your interior when deleting your rear seats. This kit is not intended to support the weight of sub-woofers or nitrous tanks.
With this Rear Seat Delete Kit, you won't have to worry about your friends trying to tag along on dates with you and your girl. This will give you the perfect excuse to have a nice night out on the town with just you, the lady friend, and of course, your Mustang!

All for what? So you don't have to "...worry about your friends trying to tag along on dates"?? That reasoning is the lamest I have seen in a long time!! They can't seriously think that someone would fall for that load of crap!
In all seriousness, this has been discussed before. The consensus at the time was that you don't really save much weight by deleting the seats since they weigh next to nothing anyway. Save your money for more worthwhile mods that actually give you performance/looks. This one does neither.
But like I said before, it's your car...
Random observation:
I noticed the rear seats also serve as pretty good sound insulation. If you don't cover the area up well, you'll hear alot more exhaust noise (which was pretty cool), gear noise, road noise, and even the sound of gasoline sloshing back and forth in the gas tank whenever you accellerate/decellerate/turn. The sloshing was pretty annoying.
(I was driving around for a day without my rear seats while I was in the process of installing wiring for my media setup)
