I would say go with something else. Subs are really cheap online, you can get a highly rated brand for next to nothing. Of course, if you are getting a good deal on them go for it.

You are probably going to have to do a bit more research. With subwoofers you want to match their power and ohm ratings to what your amp will be able to push out. A two channel amp in bridge mode (where you combine the two channels into one more powerful one) shouldn't be too expensive. Then you get can a nice sub and box for it. Look for a large sized magnet, something that can take a lot of RMS wattage (peak wattage is only what it can handle at momentary peak times. Here are some nice deals:

I ordered through that website for my alphasonik sub (not installed yet) and I didn't have a problem with their shipping etc. The alphasonik subs are GORGEOUS, but aren't authorized to be sold online so beware.
That site also has reviews from customers, but you can also go to carreview.com to check out other reviews.

I know you asked about the Audio Ban subs, but I can give you a bit of info on the JL Audio 8W3V2s I installed in my car this week (finished up the driver side sub last night).
This is a VERY nice sub. Very well made and it plays VERY cleanly. Even driven by the factory amps, they have more bass and it is much cleaner than the stock speakers. And there is no question about the quality (look up JL Audio online. They are VERY highly rated). The price is not too bad either. I only paid $125 each for mine from a local shop, so I am very happy with the price.
There IS one downside to these subs (and probably most ANY decent aftermarket subs: You WILL have to modify the enslosure (in the door panel) to clear the magnent. The stock speaker has a TINY magenet and motor. The door itself has plenty of room, so you just have to cut a couple of holes to clear the larger magenet and then fiberglass the openings back up to reseal the enclosure. I posted a thread with some pictures on the install, so if you are interested look for the thread in this sub forum.
One other thing, no matter what brand you end up going with, it MUST be a dual voice coil sub (otherwise you will only be able to use half of each sub amp and you DON'T want to give up ANY of the power the stock amps are putting out!) and each voice coil needs to be 2 ohms. The stock speakers are rated at 1.2 ohms, but mine actually ohmed out at 1.6 ohms, so they are pretty close to 2 ohms impedance.
Oh, and did I mention that they sound MUCH better than stock? Cleaner and louder? Very, very clear.
