Aeroforce interceptor gauge

I just installed a Aeroforce Interceptor gauge and Im wondering if anybody know the normal temperature range from transmission, head, exhaust, coolant, ait and what the timing advance should be at the most?

My transmission runs about 170, but I have a deep trans pan (4 extra quarts) and a 3200 stall converter. Unfortunately, I got the gauges after the pan and torque converter, so I don't know what it would run stock. Coolant and head always read the same. 195 in normal driving, up to 203 with the A/C on. IAT may depend on which CAI you have. I have a JLT2 with an AEM dry filter, and my IATs run about anywhere from 10-20 above ambient when cruising at 50 mph. IAT will go up by 30 degrees or more while stopped in traffic, but they drop fairly quickly once you're moving. I don't monitor exhaust, but when playing around with the gauges when I first got them, I think the cats were like 1400-1500 degrees. I can't remember what I saw for timing. It was another parameter that I played with, but didn't end up monitoring.

PI multi-disc, 3200 stall. Maybe that means the deep pan really does help with temps.

No issue, this picture is a little better. The pan does not hang down below the exhaust system:
