Need help picking out radio , 400$ range

 

what do you want it to do? Ipod,dvd player...

 

Both like a touch screen

 

I just got a rediculous deal on amazon for a Kenwood DDX318 ( I think it's discontinued now though ). I got it for $262. They did sell it on cruchfield for $399 I believe. I bought the adaptor to connect it to the shaker1000, and the parking brake bypass as well as a mounting kit all for around $400. It sounds 10x better than the stock unit and woke up the door subs tremendously

 

How do u like it?

 

Pioneer AVH series is nice. I have the 3200DVD and love it. Made the shaker 1000 sound way better. Check out sonic electronix or crutchfield. You can compare different units and pricing. then once you pick one or two find the best price from there. Call and see if different places will beat any price you find. BTW you dont need the expensive PAC unit a lot of place will try to sell you. There are a number of DIYs that show how to install the HUs.

 

Find the model you want and then check amazon. Usually way cheaper.I really liek the new pioneer units
