Yellow Vinyl on fog lights.....what do you think?
#2
Yellow was the best of the examples, take a photo of yours and photoshop some yellow on the driving lights, if you don't have photoshop you could take a yellow hy-lighter to the driving lights.
I think you'll like it, let us know.

Can't you just buy yellow replacement bulbs. Or do you have to change out whole unit, or tint? I emailed steeda, since there red Q mustang on there site has yellow amber fogs, but I have yet to get a response, maybe you could email them, to show them people have some interest in the amber.

I like em, it goes retro, which goes with the car, I think you should be a pioneer and set something for us to maybe try out. If you have another car with fogs, get some of the tint and place it on the other cars fog so you do not ruin anything on the precious stang. hehe that's what I would do.

I might get them to try out and see what it looks like. I think a lot depends on the color of yellow, weather or not it will look good on the screaming yellow stang. Another color car, I think it would look awesome.
I will let you all know.
If someone else has yellow for fogs allready, i would love to see a pic.
Thanks

I fooled around with the idea, if they are a little more amber they aren't too bad, not so sure I like the yellow though.[attachmentid=15680]

I entertain the idea because it was kool back in the day of my 69 Mach to have amber brights.

Doesn't that GT 500 knockoff on ebay have the yellow fogs?

Not a fan of the idea. I really like it when the sun hits the glass on those big fogs, would not want to minimize that look. Will be interested in how it looks on an actual car. Please post pics and good luck with it.

It would be easy enough to get some yellow plexiglass and make a lens cover to go in front of the clear one. Or even cheaper yet get a sheet of yellow mylar at a Craft & Hobby Shop. Also if you just want a yellow bulb you can get some Aircraft Bulb Dye. EZ Deal. Oh and do not try this with Red or Blue the Cops won't Dig it!
