Wrapped my roof in matte black

I work for a shop that does vehicle wraps so I decided to wrap my roof in matte black 3M material. I had a few scratches and a small ding from the previous owner and this was a good way to hide them. Think it came out great and goes with the scheme of my car well.

Central Indiana. Since you are in Texas, just look up vehicle wraps in your area and get a quote.

Looks great, man! I have a little hail damage on my the roof of my current car that I was planning to cover, which got me looking at exterior wrapping, but then decided to trade in. Am now planning to wrap the roof of my new ride in a few weeks as preemptive protection. Am going with gloss black, but this is close enough to give me a good idea, so thanks for sharing. Did you use any kind of promoter to apply it with? #92? And did you use the Scotchprint 1080 by chance or something else?

Interesting idea, I really like the way it looks on your silver car. Another picture to save in my inspiration folder for my car!

The black-out roof panel used to be an option on Camaros. Looks good.

I like that a lot! The look on the silver is a nice contrast and if you ever want a change of look, it peels off.

has an appearance similar to a glass roof. Gloss black would be closer.

I like it, blends in well with your other black accents - wheels etc.

Looks really nice! Might have to do it myself to but gloss black. Only think on my mind is durability. How long will it last and will it get damaged when I wax the entire car?

It should last about five years and if you do it, just don't wax it. That simple!
