Question Windveil Blue Fanblades - Need Opinion

Okay ... I don't do Photoshop but I put together an idea I'm thinking about for my Windveil Blue 06. I can get a set of polished fanblades with argent inserts, but I don't like the argent inserts. What if my body shop painted the inserts windveil blue. Whatta you think?? Lame or potentially cool? I'm digging it right now ... but not sure.

Potentially cool I think. Do you have a picture of your car right now?

Thanks for the encouragement

Like all Windveil Blue S197's ... She looks different colors in different lights. Here are a few snapshots.

If I had Photoshop I'd put them on and at least get a rough idea. I'm a fan of the color and I think it would give it a different look than some.

No. Just...

No. I think you'll quickly become tired of the look.

/But that's just me.

I disagree and think the wheels will work well with the car color. My opinion is that they would look awesome and you won't get tired of the look.

If you do, just get some new wheels..easy enough.

I think it would be to much blue. The argents would look good though, match your tint.

I would say do it and be different. I would even be bold to say it's retro muscle car to have matching paint on the rims.

I'm not sure. I like to see unique mods on Mustangs, but I would have to see the wheels on your car to know if I liked the look or not.

Of course I realize that's really no help at all.....sorry!

I say go for it!

Personally I wouldnt do it......there are so many options out there with wheels. I am sure you can find something you will like.

BTW, that is a really cool painting/mural in the background. Where did you take the pics of your car?

I like it. Have you thought about using the silver painted fan blades instead of the polished ones?

It's at an aftermarket wheel shop on Historic Route 66 in Springfield, Missouri.

I've considered it. You can get an entire set of silver painted fanblades for about $65 cheaper per wheel. Not sure if the polished blades are $260 better looking than the painted ones.

I also have a Windveil Blue GT and I personally would not do it. It would be too much.
