I love the look of the Saleen side skirts and have been wanting to put them on my car for some time, but Im just having a hard time justifying $500 for the skirts plus paint.

wait a year or two then they will drop in price. I like the side skirts they put on the gt's stock they just need a little some thing at the rear on the skirts.
But yes that is a bit much for side skirts and I like the look a lot myself.
I bet the paint work would be 2 to 300

Thx for the links. I remember the skirts costing cheaper , around 300, but at 500 I might have to consider a different skirt even thought the saleen ones look so sweet.

Here's one for a few bucks cheaper but still in the $400 range. Dang they are proud of those things.

Texashotrods.com was selling them for $369 shipped! The price just went up to $449.00. Maybe give them a call. It couldn't hurt to ask if they would honor the old price I was lucky enough to find take off saleen skirts already painted on ebay for $150! I looked for a few months before I found them.

That price almost seems to low, I'd verify that's including the door filler piece. If so I may have to jump on those as well.

I sent them an email asking them to confirm that this price is indeed for both the right and left side skirts as well as the door filler piece. Ill let you know what they say. If this is the full kit then I am going to order a set as well.

You might want ask if they are in stock. If they are being drop shipped from SALEEN, you'll see them in 4 months! and I'm not exagerating. You know what they say if a deal sounds too good to be true......

I checked their site and they are now listing the saleen side skirts at $499.99, which is no different than the other sites. And on a different note, that is an awesome mustang you have there! Those are the first pics of seen of your car and its definitly one of the nicest 2005+ mustangs ive seen!

did you guys see my post??? Texashotrods $359.99 SHIPPED.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Salee...QQcmdZViewItem

The hardest part of the install for me was lining up the skirts to install. (i did it myself) I used adhesion promoter, but I didn't use the urethane adhesive that SALEEN put in the instructions. too messy. I haven't had any problems yet. I just used a crapload of painters tape to keep the pressure on it for 24 hours
