I did the front, with cheap chrome door trim I got from PepBoys. Here are a couple pics. I don't have any real closeups though.

I did pretty much exactly what Jayguy did. It looks like you can get some of the pieces for the rear end, like the license plate bracket and whatnot, but I've never seen the chrome out there and can't imagine how you'd do it outside of really pricey custom work.

Here's the results:

I can imagine, I put mine on with the grill off for that reason (also I had to mess with my fog lights anyway, so I had a reason). Can't wait to see what you came up with. What brand did you use? I'd consider replacing mine with one slightly bigger if I found it.

i just used the brute force method, i like it fine enough now, i took it through a car wash to see if it would stay on fine, it did, i think i'll be increasing the size eventually, its all good since its not permanent

I too used the door molding. Couple secrets, leave it in the sun before installing (softens it up) and just be careful making the turns in the corners, can be hard to curve. I did with grille on the car, some people take it off. I also went the extra mile and matched up with the trim on the hood.

Sorry for being dense, but can someone be a bit more specific about the type of molding you used, size, and how you installed it?

Yeah, it really is that simple. Here's a pic I just took of a scrap piece stuck to a drivers license and credit card.

Thanks again!!!!! One last question, what did you use to cut it so it was clean on the end?

No problem Al. I hope you like it. I ended up taking mine off, I just grew tired of it. But for $10 it was a cool short-term, easily reversible mod. Give it a shot.

Well if I had something as pretty as you have in front of my grill I would probably grow tired of the chrome too LOL
