Im concidering either the GT500 front or the GT-R front. But Im betting the GT500 will be cheaper. Here is a quick crappy PS job of the front bumper with no stripes and no snake in the grill.

From all the pics that I've seen of the two, they look very simular.

 

It's a Ford part so you can buy it at any Ford dealer once they're available.

 

I wonder how much itll cost.

And if the GT-R hood will fit?

 

We hope. I know when I got my 03 Cobra and my buddy had his '00 R we needed Cobra VINs to get any parts at least for the first few years.

 

Sounds like a parts guy who isn't too bright.

 

i went to my ford dealer today and i aksed about parts from the CS and GT500 but they said only an SVT dealer would offer the GT500 parts and they knew nothing about the CS BUT i did talk to the collision center and they new all about it and even installed a few CS parts on some local stangs...so IMO talk to your Collision person first then dealer and here he said he could get the parts cheaper and painted for less

I have a mustang shop in northern AL. We are in the process of getting things set up at this time. We are working on launching our website and other ventures.
