Wheels - What to do?

Need some opinions. Just received the silver 7 spoke 20" saleen wheels that I purchased on ebay...I know, I know.

Any way from the pictures and the description they looked and sounded good. Unfortunately reality is another story. Since the guy put in the description that "wheel's are not perfect, but really nice, with no curb rash" I get no help trying to say he didn't desribe them correctly. The wheels look like someone painted them with a rattle can, in the wind, at midnight and then let their kids touch them, leaving finger prints all over them.

Here is where I need your opinion...do I have them refinished at a cost of $525.00 for the set, sell them (advertised correctly of course) and look for another set, or just keep the 18" fanblades I already have? BTW, the wheels cost me $500.00 to purchase.

Thanks for your thoughts.

No curb rash = fresh paint. Like a Carfax commercial (lol)

Refinish and keep them. That way you'll get what you really want and you're in the hole for $1075.00; which isn't bad considering the cost of a decent set of wheels.

And don't buy stuff on ebay...

recoup what you can, try to sell the saleen rims and keep the fan blades on till you can get what you want.
