I found this software:
AutowareTech
It features the 05/06 Mustang (I think only V6, but from the side it's relevant for the GTs as well) among many other cars. You can see literally dozens of wheels available from Newstalgia Wheels on any color S197 Mustang.
Give it a try.
Beware, the Java applet is very slow!
