V6 comes with spinners. Is that what you ordered?
No, it is a GT. Don't know what the deal is with the spinners but they are on there... [/b][/quote]
I havn't seen any other GT's with spinners. Doubt Ford is giving them away. Curious situation, for sure!

Dave, front are BFG 255/50/r17 KDWS & rear 275/40/r17 KDW and I also plan on going with 18" Bullitts with full sidewalls after rear gears are changed out.

Davids2Toys gave me a way to lock them so they stay put on the wheels. Insert a piece of closet dowel and mount the wheel with the wheel lock. You can't remove the spinners because the retainer ring won't open without removal of the dowel, which requires removal of the wheel.

Paul,

Doesn't the spinner block some of the lugs? Or can it be "spun" enough to allow access to all lugs? Not sure I understand how the dowel was inserted, any pics?

Thanks

Drew, the dowel is inserted with the wheel off and the spinner on the wheel (inserted inside the spinner), just to keep the retainer ring in place....but the spinner still spins just like it would without the dowel. The dowel presses inside the spinner and holds (prohibits) movement of the retainer ring.

Paul, more pics, pleeeeeeezzzz.

Specifically, do you have a shot from the rear showing off the 275's?

And, another shot down the side from the rear showing the stance would be appreciated too.

Thanks Wade, no I still don't have the locking gas cap. A friend of mine went by an auto parts store and bought one for me made by Fram, was listed for an '05...wouldn't fit. It's funny how the big things get taken care of usually easily and the little ones seem to haunt ya forever!
