Theres a pic of some Ford BS Moldings, I'll look to find a pic of a stang with them.

I believe, however, that the ones that would be placed on the Mustang are ones that cover the spaces between the doors and such.

They're supposed to keep your car from getting door dings, but they're pretty much worthless in a parking lot full of SUVs and trucks, since their doors are a lot higher and miss the molding as they bash their door into the side of your car...

I believe they were a fleet only option first and then became available on the reg cars.

those moldings look nasty on the current mustangs. it takes away from the amazing, mean lines of the car.
and i'm pretty sure they would look even worse on the new stangs.

I think it looks good in chrome, on classic-styled cars (with chrome doorhandles and mirrors). Or bodypainted.

But in gray or black plastic?

IMO it takes away from the shape.
anyway, i dont think the moulding would protect the car that much since the lines under and above it are sticking out about the same length

I don't like them and it sends chills down my spine to think of what they would look like on an 05 GT. Burningman, no photoshops required for that idea. Scary stuff. :shock:
