what wheels are these?

guy says they are new in the box 20" shelby KR wheels. i cant find them on the shelby web site. these look to have non tapering spokes, where the ones on shelbys site are tapered and not evenly spaced.

also what do you think they are worth?

thanks

Dude is either painfully misinformed, or trying to put one over on you. These are the KR rims:

They probably wouldn't fit so I'd say they aren't worth pursuing..

Won't fit 5X115 bolt pattern and backspacing is wrong for the Stang.

I hope you do at least take the time to contact that guy with the wheels and let him know what those are, and more importantly what they AREN'T.

I dont want to throw stones, but thats like someone trying to sell you a 'GT500' mustang, that in reality is a V6 with all the emblems changed out. Sure most who know would immediately realize it isnt whats being suggested, but people who do that crap are either beyond clueless OR total asses and are hoping to royaly screw someone over. I dont know who this person is you've come across who has these wheels, but for him to say 'new and in the box KR wheels' is even beyond slimy....the **** wheel is on a picture ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. About the only thing I'll give them is you didnt say if he said they were 'Alcoa' wheels. Maybe they realized to go that far would be 'too much'.

Either way, I'd either really warn them about either learning more about something they are trying to sell or to quit trying to misrepresent something as something it isnt. Then again, it may be best just to walk away....but that kinda crap really burns me.

You have to give Anthony props though for double checking on the forum for second opinions.. I didn't look at the wheels that he listed, however do they look similar to the KR wheels??
