I have an idea for my '05 and I was wondering what you guys would think of it? My idea is to make the car all black. It would have: windows tinted, black bullets with deep dish bullets in the back, paint the calipers red, smoked headlights, and some custom silver vinyl flame racing stripes. If someone can photochop this, please do.Thanks.

I have seen ALL black wheels on a black car, and I do not like it. You need chrome lips, especially if you do deep dish bullitts. And try going to the photochop forum and getting someone to chop something for you.

 

Yep, this is what I plan on doing.... This is a model I built, not a picture, but you get the idea.

 

I like the idea of everything blacked out, but I would think about leaving the machined lip on the bullitts.

Why would you paint the calipers red if you are going for an all black car?

the reason i'm going to paint the calipers red is because the interior and the wire covers under the hood are red. I really like how the red and black look with the mustang. And I am getting the bullets with the machined lip.

 

I like everything up to the smoked headlamps, but the flamed stripes

 

All you need after that is the red light infront and to grow some 80s hair and you have become Knight Rider!!!

Don't think you can limo tint the front window like that. I know every state is different, and they are usually pretty lenient on the side and rear windows, but I think they might be a little pesky about the front window. After all, you need to see clearly out of it : )

As far as how it looks, not bad. I will be doing the tint on the side and rear windows on my black stang, red calipers, but I think you need chrome rims, not black, for a better look.

whoops, I missed the part about flamed stripes, my mom always told me I only ever hear what I want to hear.

 

my gt is black also and the on thing i'am trying to avoid is the KIT look. but if thats your thing go for it. Of course the silver flames would help to avoid that look, also maybe just do lightly tinted windows.
