This should most likely go in the mods but I wanted to see what other folks thought of this. I used gold pin strip.

Just wanted to ask you if the stock painted (Gray) wheels are the same shade as the mineral gray, or lighter? I'm trying to order the 40th anniversary painted argent gray wheels with the spinner caps because they are a darker shade and my match the mineral gray closer. What do you think? Thanks.

Hi, I have the same color ind interior on order in the Premium Convertible. Did you get the gray painted wheels and how do they look? Does the gray match the mineral gray?

Very close thats why I stayed with them and not the upgrade. Maybe a little darker. And the MG almost has a gold color in the sunlight. When I can find some gray pin strip I will change it to gray around the lights. I also have the sequential lights.

Maybe a little too

Not sure, pics too small to get a good idea, but I don't really care for gold on any car, unless it's minimal. Is that going to be the only gold? If so, I say :notnice: But if you tastefully accent the car someplace else, then maybe

More/bigger pics!

Look here
Like I said if I could find some gray pin strip I would use it but the MG has an almost gold tint in the sun.

Well as a fellow MG owner I've gotta say I like the concept. I also agree that gray would likely be a better choice of pin stripe but I don't recall seeing gray pin stripe material. Oh well... you could always mask off the lenses and shoot it with MG touch up paint and one of those Testors air brush kits.

Hmm... I like that idea!!

I like it. Though I would prefer to have silver as opposed to gold.
