I have an 06 with the light graphite interior with the base black dash. Currently I have cloth seats, but I am thinking of taking the cloth covers off and intsalling some OEM dark charcoal leather seat covers. I think this will be a pretty cool two-tone look for the interior and the seats will match the console and dash. If I do this I would probably try and follow it up by getting some kind of black panel on the doors. Anyway, just wondered what you guys thought of this idea? Would it look good or would it look a little weird? Any thoughts would be a help! Thanks!

The contrast between the grey and black might look pretty sweeet.. Post pics when you are done.

I like your idea, I purchased a second set of cloth seats off ebay and had them redone with red 04 Ford Mustang Cloth inserts and embroidery with running pony logo on headrest and rear seat, I'll attempt to post, but am not very good at getting pictures to the forum for some reason. E-mail me at tapd117@aol.com if it doesn't show up and I'll forward an attachment.

Good luck on your mod............

Very, very nice (and probably inexpensive) seat modifications Glenn

sounds like a great idea,

I would consider getting the IUP door panels to set the black seats off even more

Yeah, that would look perfect. How much would it be to get a pair of those IUP door panels? I would have to do that a while after doing the seats but they would definatley complete the two-tone interior. Thanks for everbody's opinions!

You could also add a set of black floormats for more contrast.....

If you are interested, I have my full factory dark charcoal leather upholstery out of my 05 GT. Only has about 3,000 miles on it. Still in perfect shape. Let me know if you might be interested in it.

Thanks
