I used the Blue Duplicolor on my sonic blue. On their website it's a light blue, but the can I got was a deep blue. I painted them and they look really good. I'd show you pictures, but I don't have any and I still don't have my car back from the shop for the new window.

I wanted something that would stand out and I wanted to try to go with the same scheme. it definitely does and I recomend it for sure!

You could always try a mix. This is a photochop for someone that asked.

I prefer non-black. Black is hard to see.

Nice! I will probably paint my support bracket red just like the caliper.

This is mine. I have a satin silver and used the red Duplicolor paint kit.

Well got mine painted today. I went with Red Dupli-color. As others have said, the brush stinks. It is a brush for applying adhesives, not really meant for paint. Anyway, they are drying now. I'll take pics later.

I'll have to buy a better brush before I do mine. Can't wait to see your pictures since my car is also Sonic blue!

Well here is a pic of mine. Sorry it is crappy but it is dark out so I had to take this in the garage. Also, I didn't remove my brakes. I am going to buy some black paint and paint the back of the brake pads for a cleaner look.

Hey Big D,

Could you please do me a favor and chop one of these pics to make it a black GT? Same rims, also with the red calipers. :worship:

Thanks a lot

John, that looks great. Please post a pic of your whole car from the side when you get a chance.

Well I ended up buying some red G2 caliper paint on EBAY for $29.95 including shipping. I did the one side of my car so far and it looks great! This is some tough and quick drying stuff! It came with a good brush to apply it and even though you can see the brush marks at first, as it starts to dry, it starts to morph into a powder coat like finish and the brush strokes disappear. It says to let it dry for 2 hours before putting the wheels back on but mine still feels a little tacky, so I'm going to wait. It also says do not drive the car for 24 hours.
It took me about 2 hours to do the one side of my car because I took the calipers and outside pads off, cleaned eveything with the brake cleaner, scuffed all parts with 400 grit sand paper, painted the back of the pads black, and took all the stainless steel clips off so they wouldn't get painted. I know
