Thumbs up Wedsport TC-05 wheels...

Just photoshopped them and think I may pull the trigger. 18x10 weighs only 18lbs!!

Anyone else have these? If so, can you remove the lettering on the lip?

Funny, I just tried to register there to do a search and could not get my registration to go through.

One thing I would like to find out somehow, is if the 18x10 would work up front with the GT500 Brembo brakes. The guys at Tire Rack all seem to be nimrods. The package they have is 18x9 front and 18x10 rear. I would like to runs the 10's all the way around but be able to make room for the large brakes. From the picture I attached it looks like the 18x9's would easily clear due to the positive offset.

If they are 42-50mm offset, then they should fit just fine, or at least no differently than the 18x9. Unfortunately, TireRack won't tell you offsets, and they seem to think that a lot of the setups that we run on bone-stock cars "just won't fit". They so much as called me a liar on 2 occasions, even when I sent pictures. They refused to sell me 315/35/17's for my 2002! I won't shop there anymore.

Steeda driver Smith has them on his Black 05. It is on some Steeda ads.

Just tried looking on Steeda's website for the heck of it and couldn't find any pics. Do you happen to have any links? I would love to see it.

Skip Smith is a member of this forum, maybe he will chime in.
Also, I don't believe Steeda will have them on their web site as they are not their product. You can go to page 7 of the Sept issue of Mustang Enthusiast or page 24 of the August issue of 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords and you can see the photos there.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll see if they are still on the newstand. In the mean time hopefully Skip Smith will see this post. I'd love to hear some input from him.

With a 44mm offset, the 18x10's will fit all the way around.

I wonder if this is what Skip did? I'm going to try to get to the newstand tomorrow to see if I can find pics of this black Steeda car.

i have looked at those wheels for a long time...hard to justify the price though. 350 per wheel is a ton.

You think?? That's what $150 more than the boat-anchor all-too-common 18" bullits? I have learned from past vehicles the value of a light weight quality wheel.
