Hey guys...I recently purcahsed an 08 Vista Blue GT. I had traded in my 07 Alloy which had red painted calipers (by me) lol. Anyway, I have about half a can left over from my 07 and was contemplating red calipers, however I don't know how it would look against Vista Blue.

Do you guys think I should, if not, what color would look the best? I would love to polish the calipers, but I've heard they rust over time.

Any pictures would be greatly appreciated!

Awesome! Thanks a lot! Sonic blue is pretty darn close to Vista Blue, so it works. If anyone else has any pictures, I would appreciate it!

Ya, there is not much difference between Sonic Blue and Vista Blue so I think red would look pretty good.

 

A good friend of mine has a Vista Blue Roush 427R and the red calipers look great with the Vista Blue.....a nice contrasting color...but not too much...the flash of red from the calipers draws your eyes to the rims, so be sure to keep them polished and shining!

I've got a sonic with red calipers, and love it. It looks really good.

I also have the white 'mustang' high temp decals which I love as well.

I'll play devil's advocate and say go with blue instead:

I think red looks great, it's a fantastic contrast

 

I too vote for the blue. I used G2's Blue Caliper Paint kit, and they came out great! Love the color!!! Works even better if you have access to a lift! A few pics below showing the calipers with my Shelby Wheels! Stick with the blue, you'll be happy!
