Okay...so I am in the process of doing some changes to my Black GT....Putting on a GT 500 front end is the main Appearance mod that I am doing along with a new hood (still deciding)and deleted spoiler. I was also going to add Rally stripes to it - Flat Black. Now I see an ad for the new Knight Rider show..and its a freakin GT500 with Flat Black rally stripes!!!!

So - do I forge ahead and keep doing the Rally strips or does it look like I'm making a KITT clone. Dammit Dammit Dammit!!!!!

Sorry to rant...but I thought I had a good idea...I guess it's better than doing it and then the show coming out...and I still got a clone but would have spent the money!

I believe the stripes are tungsten on Knight Rider.

 

I think there are three versions of the Knight Rider car and I think one has Alloy stripes like mine and I think one has flat black and the other I think has none, at least this is what I've seen thus far. Although many times my Alloy stripes appear flat black.

 

Come on, we all know you love Hasselhoff. Just admit it.

 

Yep, I think there is going to be 3 versions of the car....attack mode, normal mode etc...Very Dorkey....

I'm torn right now. I'll just have to wait and see. Hopefully the show will be a dismal flop and won't make it past 6 episodes.....

Of course, I'm sure "KITT" won't have 500+ screaming turbocharged horsepower either!!!

Just kidding of course. This whole Knight Rider deal ****es me off. I think it's a joke. It's going to be a geeky show and it's going to completely geek up a perfectly good car!

How do you make the AUX-input functional on this radio so I can use my mp3-player? Same as the Shaker 500?

 

I say go for it and then you can put the car up on Ebay and say it was one of the cars used in the movie. That should really drive up the price.
