Torque Thrust M's change out

I had ordered a set of these a few months ago but they came in damaged.Well I finally went back and got what I wanted.I'll prolly change out my tires in the next month or so.But for now there are no clearance issues. The wheel size is 18x9 w/34mm offset.I'm running 235/50/zr18 KDWS and they fit kinda tight but they ride nice. The rim color nealy matches the striping.

That's two thumbs up Pat! Of course you know I'm kinda partial to those wheels. And yeah, great match for your car.

Yes, very nice. Too bad you're gone, I'd have like to know how much for the wheels and how much for the tires (seperately)

Also, has anyone tried putting 17s up front and 18s in the back?

Since the Torq Thrust Ms on American Racing site are the same wheels as the bullitts offered by American Muscle/Mustang Tuning, http://www.americanmuscle.com/2005wheels.html

and others (all made by Verde Wheel company) http://www.tradeunion.com/verdewheels/t.asp?n=1119
Any reason you couldn't just get the American Muscle/Mustang Tuning ones for $155 (free shipping) and just buy the wheel caps separately? I was talking to a dealer in Oklahoma, I think he said he sales them for $10 a piece.

If so, then that would work out to $165 per wheel (plus shipping fee for 4 wheel caps)

My cost..$145.00 each, mounting free.So why bother with the other company.I get a family discount at a nation wide tire shop.

That's a good deal, but unfortunately it's not available to most of us. So it may be cheaper for us to look for other alternatives.

No idea why you would think you are not welcomed here anymore but that's life I guess.

Anyway, nice rims. Ofcourse I like them, afterall I was the first person on TMS to put TT II's on the new body style

Thanks,
Since then I've had the car lowered, sequentials and added the center fog CDC grille.A friend took this pic up at the Rocky Mountain Round-Up,Steamboat,CO.,the car even took an award. There were 48 S-197's in the toughest class there.

I'd like to hold off on pics.My neighbor may have to sell his 06'GT and take a loss(bummer). He may sell me his 20" Bullitts/new tires he just bought so he doesn't lose anymore money on his car.Same wheel, just black and staggered w/20x10's on the rear.
