Thumbs up

I was curious to what people were paying to get their hood painted. I took mine by the local Ford Dealer and I was shocked with a 1300.00 dollar quote. Yes that includes blending into the fenders but wow!! So what are you guys paying?

Thanks Mike

I paid 700.00 dollar's and they did a great job. $1300 seem's high, I would get some more quote's...They didn't blend my fender's and it came out fine.

Mine was just over $400 at the local Ford dealership and they didn't blend the fenders.
If you look at it real hard you can see a small bit of difference, but most people wouldn't even notice it. I hear it is harder to match the light colors like Silver and also the ones with alot of metal flake.
I also had quotes for over $800 to do the same job.

Thanks. I was thinking in the 400-600 range. I'll try it without blending the fenders and see what happens.

Thanks Mike
