Please tell me I'm incorrect...but these rims dont fit on the 05 right? The lug pattern is right, but the offset is not right I dont think. PLEASE tell me I'm wrong and they will fit :bang:

EDIT:

arg, they broke the website so you cant link to it directly...

SIZE AND SPECIFICATIONS: The front wheels are 18x9 with a 5.95" backspace (+24mm offset), Also available for rear: 18x10" with a 6.35" backspace (+22 offset). The lug pattern is 5x4.5 (114.3mm).

They'll fit. They'll just stick out more.

Yes but like someone else noted they stuck out too much. The MRT guy even posted here and said they just had those at the sho[p and decided to pop them on there.

Like Eric said I am sure one of the major wheel maufactures will pop out a 2005 deep dish Bullit we just got to be paitent (which stinks!)

Heck not all of the companies got a test mule, some of those outfits have had to wait until they could buy one off a local lot before they could start producing parts for it.

I love my Bullitt wheels but want to upgrade to a 18" or 19", so if I could find some like these that were appropriate and didn't stick out, I will be happy!

I talked to one of the makers of those wheels last week. He said the 05 offsets will be out near the first of the year...

Amen! I'd pay about a grand for 18" deep dish bullitts, with spinners.

Sweet looking wheels.

I think you guys have it wrong. They wouldn't stick out, it is the opposite: they would probably interfere with the calipers or with the suspension. '05 offset for an 8' wheel is +45mm and '94-'04 is +30mm:

Nice mags though !!!

I am a big fan of these rims. I like them. I think these types of rims belong on a stang. Not to whine but I don't think the optional rims belong on any stang, they are not mustang. I also like the rims that go on Eleanor, they are also sweet. thanks.

Backspacing will interfere if it's too large. Offset being less will push the outer edge of the rim farther away from the mounting point.
