....easily?

I have an '06 GT and I'm something of a minimalist. Since the rear round badge (the one between the tail-lights that looks like a filler cap) seems also to be plastic, is it also just held on by adhesive that can be safely heated and carefully peeled off? No marring of the paint? This worked for the side emblems so how about here...anybody remove one yet?

I also prefer "minimizing" -there is a thread which I think you can get under "removal of rear badge". Per that, it said that it is held on by tape but there are two alignment holes which you would need to do something with. Think I'm going to take it off period

Like most nicknames, I didn't pick it - use to be a Park Ranger (Seasonal). Did the fender badges have holes?

Yes, the fender badges have two holes, aligned vertically. Badges came off easily with a little help from the hair dryer. No marring of paint whatsoever. If there'd been no holes, I'd have left it nekkid...but bein's as there WERE holes, I did this: (about 1/3rd of the lower hole is barely detectable if you cover the top one completely, but you literally must be on your knees with a worms'-eye view, and peering through the shadow/reflection of the Hurst badge). You can see the full view of the car by the link in my siggie....

I just went out an looked at my rear badge, and see that the trunk key thingie will likely look weird without the badge. Bummer.

Your car looks sharp! Bet ya got a long "wish list". I'm checking into taking the lock off and just using the fob but not sure.
