Glad you figured it out. Just quoted your posted so that others, who are lazy like me, can see without having to click.

Anyway, the car looks great. I can't believe you park that baby outside. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night. 2 things I would have done different ... Darker wheels, and maybe a CDC ducktail. That's just my personal preferrence though. The car looks sweet even without it. Keep up the good work.

Yeah it is about time I figured it out! Just to clarify I am not done with the exterior mods yet. I plan to add a ducktail that covers the factory holes, add a 3D Carbon rear bumper insert, I have also ordered the 50resto center fog grille.

I wish I could keep it inside but seeing as I just recently graduated from college I do not have access quit yet to a garage; wishful thinking though!!

Thanks for the comments everybody and again I am sorry it took me so long.

Speaking of I also want to cover up the turn signals and want to know if it is better in the long run to either use "vinyl strips" or get them "painted"?

Looks great! Hows the fit to the other body panels like the area near the headlights where the front of the hood rolls and meets the metal from the front fender above the headlight. It looks like the hood is a little short..not lined up properly with the fender metal, or is it the photo? I know RKsport has had a problem getting them to line up as well.

The fittment of the Hood and the Splitter to be perfectly honest is extremely good. My previous car was also fitted with a bodykit and the quality of the material and lines were infinitely under par with my expectations, but for the price you pay with STEEDA products you are rewarded with a great result. My only complaint so far is the time frame in which my car was to be done was overshot by a little over a week.

I will try to get some pics up for you later today.

Yeah they are 18x9.5's and in the beginning I thought I wanted to go bigger but I am very happy with my decision.

Still thinking about when I have to get new rubber though to go with 285's or maybe even 295's if they will fit.

Sorry to kind of go off topic, but if I have a black car and the steeda hood comes in black clearcoat already, will I have to paint it? Just wondering... Thanks

That is a good question? My only help to you WuTime is that there is a gentlemen who is a member of this forum by the name of "SteedaGus", which is who I worked with in getting my car done and I would recommend shooting him a PM and ask him. He is a good guy and will be able to help you out with any questions you have.

Another possibility is to ask "Black3v" who is also a member here and he will definitely be able to answer your question because he has a Black 05 with the Steeda hood and other goodies.

If you need any help just let me know.

Awsome, that car looks sweet. Also noticed where you parked it, next to the HC space. (Bigger space and usually not occupied very often)

Man... those pics were worth the wait. I love that hood. I'm a bit partial to the colors too. Very nice car!

Theh ood ocmesi n a gelcoat, and itsn to always black, mine was white. and yesi t will have to be painted, there are different variances of black. blue/black, blk, etc.... the 05/06's r a standard Au paint code, meaning just black, no other pigments added. but you would still have to block, prime, block again, color and clear the fiberglass hoods, to make it look right/fit right. no prep = pooty lookin work.
