Has anyone had any dealings with thespoilerfactory.com??

I ordered a painted hood scoop from them over 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I have been told the scoop would be in on Monday, then a week and a half later it still wasn't in. Now it is supposedly in the paint shop and will be out in a few days then shipped.

I am getting frustrated with this company. I ordered my roush louvers from another company, had them in 2 days, paint shop painted them in a day and a half and I installed them in 1.5 hours.

Did I just pick a hot item or is this company as incompetent as it looks?

I have heard that it does take time to get your stuff from them. There are some other threads around about them, but from what I remember, most of them are positive.

I hate that. Sometimes you need to ask which Monday.
Good luck!

I finally got my hood scoop in. Too bad the paint is all scratched up and I have to take it to my local paint shop to get it fixed. I called theSporilerFactiory and they agreed to refund the cost of the paint job. :bang:

As for doing business with them in the future, I think not.

Man you would think with the internet and all the forums that these companies would get their act together. Nothing beats good service.

I find it funny that a site named "The Spoiler Factory" only has 1 spoiler for the 05 Mustang and it's the stock one...
