I just returned home from deployment and finally installed the brushed plain medallian from SHR but now I have no idea what to put on there to finish the mod. Suggestions???

Ive been suggesting Marcello see if a 69 gascap could be mounted on there- love those caps!

 

Finally filled in the "GT" on mine....

 

heres a pic of the cap I mentioned...similar 1969 thru 1973 I think...

 

Hey Danny, I really like the look of that! Which medallion did you get? The basic one? And where did you get the GT emblem from? I've been toying with doing this to my car, but couldn't find one I liked. If I could find that GT emblem you have above, in blue, that may be tempting. If you could let me know, I'd appreciate it. if i am not mistaken, that is the hub cap cover emblem for the 68 gt. i bought one, but ended up not using it.... ended up going with the 68 gas cap emblem.

Mine should be in hireman's hands...though I haven't heard anything back from him yet. I'm getting a bit nervous!

 

I'm kinda partial to hireman's designs. I live the flag painted on the stock chrome GT badge (then again im a patriotic idiot ) and if I wasnt going with the GT500 front conversion I would have a matching pony up front. Maybe I will get to side emblems painted up instead.

Nice and subtle and most people wont know unless they look.

Mine's a custom job that he's working on now.

Expecting pictures from him any day now.

 

I bought 2, a chrome one and a black one. Changed out the doors and now I have a chrome center with a black suround. Looks AMAZING.
