Could those recesses be fabricated into a carbon-fiber hood that doesn't already have them? I'd very much like to have those hood pins installed in my Seibon California Dream hood. Is this something any good bodyshop could handle or do I need to look for a specialist in carbon fiber?

The KR hood is nice, but it costs 20,000. Shelby feels a right to price it at this because it is for the KR only(I think SuperSnake too ), and it is made of carbon fiber. Shelby even makes KR owners with damaged parts return them before they can even order replacements. They even got the KR hoods back that were used on the show Knight Rider: http://www.autoblog.com/2009/09/11/s...b-outrage-eru/ . They're lowering the price to 9,000 though, not bad huh?

I don't know how you can stand those tires on the L! I have them too, and they make an unbelievable amount of noise on the highway...I can't wait to go back to the stockers.
