I have been a big fan fan of the FR500 wheel, but it was just a bit thin feeling for this car. These new wheels from the Shelby GT500 have a bit beefier feel that I really like. I wonder if you will be able to buy them, or how long it will be before there is a replica? What does everyone else think?

I think they look great, but I'm not waiting that long. Maybe I'll sell my FR500's once these come out.
Did you notice the tire diameter is bigger on the GT-500? 255/45/19's are 28.1" in diameter as opposed to the stock GT being 27.2"

Kirby - those do look like them. They also look a lot like SSR GT10's (which was also towards the top of my list), except that the SSR's are 5 spoke like the GT500 wheels. The SSR GT10's were on the H&R Springs Mustang at the SEMA show (look in Brad's gallery to see how that looks).
The SSR GT10's are also hella expensive.

TN615 - yeah, I see what you mean. But I think that you we are proving here that a bunch of these look like a bunch of other ones - I am giving Ford the benefit of the doubt and thinking that Ford started with the FR500 and ended up at the Shelby wheel. However, you're right. The likeness is definately there.
StanNut - I totally agree with you. That's why I said this is now my favorite. I just wouldn't want to look like a "poser" by putting them on a GT.
