shelby gt question
-first can i buy just the hood scoop?
-If so if I had it molded into my stock hood how do yall think it would look I love the scoop and hate the rivets so I was thinking this would be a good way to fix it. Do you think the sides would balance off well or do you think it would still look tacked on?
-If it would look good how much would it cost do you think to have them blended in. Really expensive? Cheap? Ofcourse in relation to a new hood I'm assuming cheap but want opinions.

From what I understand you won't be able to buy the hood scoop or the Powered by Ford side emblems. I would really like to get this hood for my car.

Yup I decided I didn't like it and I think that this doesn't matter now because It just seems like to much of a pain so I'm just gonna go with the GTH hood and attempt to make it functional I guess. Thanks guys.

ugh it seems I keep going back and forth I don't like the cs6/gth hood because it isn't functional and would be such a nightmare to become functional but I love the design. And honestly the only other option I want is a gt350 equivalent hood scoop. I have yet to find one I like and everyone keeps saying to go with the roush but I just don't like it it's far to squared off and to large. I like the shelby gt scoop but I hate the riveting if they would have molded it in originally It would have been perfect. I have looked at the trufiber/alliance hood and although I like the design the scoop itself doesn't look quite right. (to similar to roush) I need a solution to this or I might go crazy and destroy something. Someone fix my problem!

you could always ask someone with the Shelby GT if they want to switch for GT emblems but i doubt it, you know EBay will more than likely get a trickle of some that are either repros or left overs from production
