I braved the cold to install them.

The harness was not wired same and taped correct for the backup lights to reach their insert hole. The three lamp socket housing were different not as nice looking, hook up was the same. Had to remove some tape on both pigtails to make the bend and connection. The tags # on the new harness reads 4R3T and an AA, orginal was 5R3T and an AE. rest of part number matched. All in all it took two hours to mod and install.

They work

Going to see if Web E is willing to remedy something.

That's weird! I received and installed mine yesterday. They were exactly like the originals as far as length and connections. Just a extra doo-dad on the plug end that sits in the trunk... Everything fit like the originals and worked great. I bet it didn't take 45 minutes to do the whole thing...

Bruce that is weird. I received one of the first kits from WeB E and had no issues with them whatsoever. Been running them for months now with no issues. Pretty good product. If the little doo-dad can handle -35 degree weather I am sure it should be fine in the summer.

Do they constantly sequence the whole time the brakes are engaged? Or just it just sequence one then the whole bar is lit?

Just sequence once and then stay on. Unless you rewire them like I did then they don't sequence at all when you hit the brakes. They only sequence for signals, hazards and when you turn on the alarm.

Web E was quick to respone to my questions. Was told about a supply change in harnesses from Ford on later production models. The rest was resolved.

I give a on service.

I just ordered mine. My first official mod as well. I don't consider my window tint a mod as it's more of a big sticker The radar detector doesn't count either. I will definately let you guys know what I think. I personally like the idea of Burst Mode.

I received this e-mail today from this guy.

Hello all,
I found your e-mails on the Web Electric Products website and thought that I'd give you a heads-up on your fuse boxes.

Get under your hoods and check your fuses. I was driving and lost the display on my stereo, digital odometer and backlight for my cluster. Found out that the fuse wasn't inserted all the way. In fact, none of my fuses were inserted all the way. Another member with an '05 (Ed Hildago from Web Electric) checked his fuses and they were the same way.

I don't want a critical fuse to pop out of place on your cars while you are driving them.

Jason Slagle
I checked mine and everything is OK.

Yikes! I read that and went straight to the fusebox to have a look. All is OK, here.

I finally got a shot put together of the signal lights installed...

John,
If I am understanding this right after you add the wiring from the SJB to the rear all the lights work like stock, Except now the three tail lights come on when you step on the break (as compared to just the stock outer two), and the sequential part works just the blinkers and hazards. Is this correct?
Do the sequential blinkers work until the blinker gets turned off or just cycle through a couple times?

Thanks for the help,
Gordon
